Clare has 30 years experience of brand innovation in FMCG, working with big brands like Mars, Diageo, Reckitt Benkiser but also with charities. Her time as Head of Innovation at WWF gave rise to her love of transforming brands through insight and sustainable 360' innovation.

Simon has been successfully delivering projects for 20 years for a diverse range of clients - Highland Spring, Nestlé, Mondelēz and Unilever to name a few.

Dale has helped to bring projects to life for a variety of global brands, ranging from core FMCG brands such as AquaFresh, Fairy Liquid and JIF along with premium brands including Bombay Saphire, Carlsberg Export and Drambuie.

New Business Development Director
Nicki has been working in the world of branding and design for over 20 years. Having worked on numerous award-winning brand launches including 'Taste the Difference' for Sainsbury's, Nicki has also spent many years working with clients such as Unilever, Nestlé and Diageo.
Adam has a wealth of experience as an industrial designer, specialising in FMCG innovation projects, and has worked with many of the world's biggest brands, including Unilever, Danone and Kimberly-Clark.
Lucy has conducted packaging-specific market research activities across the globe, gathering and collating research from consumers, market trends, and business insights, and transforming them into inspiring creative stimuli for global clients such as Unilever, SABMiller, and Arla.
Charlotte brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. She has worked in the creative industry for over a decade, delivering strategic design projects across a number of global clients including home and personal care, food and drink, and pet care.
Victoria has over 20 years of experience as a structural packaging designer, specialising in FMCG innovation projects, and has worked with many of the biggest brands in the world, including Unilever, BAT, Kellogg’s and Nestlé.
Barry is an experienced designer, specialising in Product and Structural Packaging. Delivering sustainably lead, innovative and commercially driven solutions, contributing towards many major successful brands.
Joe is equipped with a fine balance of technical knowledge and creative spark. He has worked on innovation projects with global clients including Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, and Mars, spanning a broad range of categories from food and drink to laundry.
Esme graduated from Central St. Martins with first-class honours in future-proofed, sustainable design. Bringing her creative eye to the insight team, Esme keenly follows packaging and product trends and seeks inspiration from everyday consumer behaviour.
Ash graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a first-class honours degree in Product Design. He brings strong attention to detail to the team and a passion for creating meaningful solutions that the consumer loves.
Chloe graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in product design. She has also worked as a designer at Nestlé R&D.
IT & Studio Supply Manager
Tim oversees the smooth running of all aspects of the studio alongside Touch's online presence and IT infrastructure. Having studied animation at Norwich University of the Arts Tim brings a quirky perspective on design to the studio.
