James has over 20 years of expertise in the product and packaging design industry, developing major global innovation projects for Unilever, Mondelēz, P&G, Nestlé & Lucozade Ribena Suntory to name a few.
With over 30 years of working within the design and packaging arena, Guy has a vast amount of knowledge covering insight, innovation and commercially viable 3D design solutions for some of the worlds leading brands and industry leaders.
John has spent over 40 years managing marcomms agencies such as Cogent and Publicis UK. John has known Touch since its inception and has been our board NED and shareholder since 2016, getting involved with all business planning and initiatives.
New Business Development Director
Nicki has been working in the world of branding and design for over 20 years. Having worked on numerous award-winning brand launches including, Taste the Difference for Sainsbury’s, Nicki has also spent many years working with clients such as Unilever, Nestlé and Diageo on their household brands.
Client Services Director
Simon has been successfully delivering projects for 20 years for a diverse range of clients – Highland Spring, Nestlé, Mondelēz and Unilever to name a few.
Dale has helped to bring projects to life for a variety of global brands ranging from core FMCG brands such as AquaFresh, Fairy Liquid and JIF along with premium brands such as Bombay Sapphire, Carlsberg Export and Drambuie.
Strategy & Planning Director
Pippa has over 20 years’ experience in design and innovation. She has worked on a plethora of household brands for global FMCG companies including Diageo, Kellogg’s, Nestle and Danone.
Lucy has conducted many packaging specific market research activities in the field across the globe, spanning many FMCG categories, gathering and collating research from consumer, market trends, business insight and transforming them into inspiring creative stimulus – for global clients such Unilever, SABMiller and Arla.
Senior Structural Designer
Adam has a wealth of experience as an industrial designer, specialising in FMCG innovation projects, and has worked with many of the biggest brands in the world, including Unilever, Danone and Kimberly-Clark.
Joe is equipped with a fine balance of technical knowledge and creative spark. He has worked on innovation projects with global clients including Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive and Mars, spanning a broad range of categories such as food and drink, personal care, and laundry.
Michelle brings to the team over 30 years of experience working in the creative
industry. Delivering packaging, POS and marcomms material – for a variety of global brands such as Black & Decker, Perfetti Van Melle and McAfee.
Issy studied product design at Bournemouth University where she focussed on human-centred design as her major. Having worked for a time at Tin Horse, she brings a wealth of expertise in consumer-led design to her new role at Touch.
Having studied animation at Norwich University of the Arts, Tim brings a quirky perspective on design to the studio. In his role as Studio Manager Tim oversees the smooth running of all aspects of the studio, and Touch’s online presence.
Ash graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a first-class honours degree in Product Design. He brings strong attention to detail to the team and a passion for creating meaningful solutions that the consumer loves and builds a strong connection with.
Esme graduated from Central St. Martins with first-class honours in future-proofed, sustainable design. Bringing her creative eye to the insight team, she keenly follows packaging and product trends and seeks inspiration from everyday consumer behaviour.
